about home 14

Home 14 is a year-long mentorship program designed to begin the summer before freshman year of high school. We think that the age of 14 is a pivotal year for kids, and want to be there to support them and give them the skills to succeed. The program is a blend of soccer training, leadership skill building, and self-esteem cultivation. It is a two-day in-person program followed by a 30 minute one on one call with Heather (to be held in September), supported with group touchpoints throughout the school year. about our founder

One of the most decorated American soccer players of all time, Heather O’Reilly reached the top of the soccer mountain. She won the FIFA Women’s World Cup, the Olympics 3x, NWSL 3x, NCAA 2x, played for the Arsenal Football Club and in the Champions League. After being capped 231 times for the USWNT, O’Reilly retired from professional play, and has since worked as a youth and college coach as well as a broadcaster for Fox Sports and SiriusXM.

Priding herself in being a hard worker and good teammate, Heather is excited to instill some of the important lessons learned along the way with the next generation in HOME14.

“Everyone deserves a team around them.
I want to be part of your team.”

— World Cup and Olympic Champion Heather O’Reilly
